Where should I park and how much does parking cost?

This is a drive-thru event at Minute Maid Park Lot C. 2208 Preston, Houston, Texas 77002 - Must enter on Bastrop Street. No parking is required.

I’d like to get information about weather safety and preparedness to distribute to my organization, how do I get it?

We are normally able to provide printed materials, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. Please send a detailed request to the expo planning committee including the quantity needed, where to send and when it is needed by. Click here to submit your request via email.

I’d like a speaker to come to my organization to give a presentation on hurricane safety, how do I set that up?

Dependent upon availability, we try to accommodate requests for speakers. Please send a detailed request to the workshop planning committee including what group you represent, when your presentation is taking place, and where the presentation will be held. What does the free lunch consist of?

The free lunch the Hurricane Workshop provides to the first 2,000 vehicles includes a Papa John's pizza. We cannot make any changes to this, and it will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Will the event be wheelchair accessible?

This is a drive-thru event. We ask all attendees to stay in their vehicles.

Will there be translation for non-English speakers and the hearing impaired?

As our event is drive-thru this year, there will be no live presentations.

How do I get media credentials for the event?
